True= HealthNet is not on par w United Healthcare but they are a subsidiary of Centene, who does account for nearly 10% of all insurers…..I agree settlement coming; insurers don’t want this becoming precedent. Much easier to give branded V best tier and knock down generics to lower tiers

Dominoes should outline perfectly for Amrn to renegotiate all preferred tiers across the board, without prejudice sets up for another go at it against generics as well.

Remember KM hinted at other evidence since filing

For all the criticisms mgmt gets, they know what they’re doing w inventory and it’s NOT to stockpile instead it would be great if KM gave some measure of revenue guidance…
