Marjac, Thanks. I assume that if judge Andrews felt that the case against Hikma had no merit he would have dismissed with prejudice. When the original complaint was filled Fish and Richardson did not have access to the second GSK v Teva ruling. The judge referenced that ruling several times. Hopefully there is something within that will help them amend the complaint to the satisfaction of the judge.
