When they drop the PR shining more light onto this Fintech company ... then all these prices becomes irrelevant... 3 - 5 - 15 - 30cents ... The Company is targeting $1B transaction volume by 2023... News will just drop and price will spike up without any opportunity to "buy size".

You dont go from $0 to $1B transaction volume in a year. They must already have transaction volume in the 100s of millions $.
