They don’t care where the stock price is going. The .035 is just what they negotiated and now they are dumping all their shares as quickly as possible no matter the current price. They don’t care where the share price will be in 6 months because they won’t have any shares to sell. That is why PAUL is on level 2, he is dumping their shares for them. We just have to wait out the dumpage and then it will move to the upside again.
