Most all oncology trials have this issue. Once patients progress they will try other treatments

Nonsense. Trying other things once you’ve progressed is precisely why PFS is used in Cancer trials historically. It’s a completely different ball game when you’ve had a vaccine made, perhaps didn’t even really progress, then get your vaccine. You’re just making stuff up to fool those who don’t understand these issues.

Further, if you look at the curves that everybody is hyping, the OS win is in the first year. And that would mostly be prior to crossover

I have no idea what curves you’re talking about. Survival has occurred beyond expectation. There’s a reason for that and the Physicians running this trial believe what they see and are trying to find the way to prove it, and I feel they have more than likely done just that. Yes, trials get muddy after everyone has TRULY progressed. But there are valid and well established statistical processes to deal with this issue otherwise there’d never be anything approved in Cancer treatments.

You still haven’t addressed my real point; why would you disparage the work of two top Physician Investigators as somehow trying to cheat the results? You appear, via rational reasoning on my part, to have some reason to criticize heavily the company to the degree you appear willing to throw fine Physicians and their character directly under the bus with total disregard. If you’re interested in Cancer therapies in general there’s more than enough evidence that this treatment is safe and may have significant efficacy. I can’t fathom your excessive criticisms unless there’s a financial motive. Otherwise, the idea of conducting thoughtful and evidence based dialogue simply for the intellectual exercise would more beneficially be conducted on a scientific message board, not a financial one.
