I made clear in my post they had plenty of options and warrants, but few SHARES.

As far as this goes it's really irrelevant. They are all past the allowable exercisable dates so theoretically they could convert and sell now so whether they have "shares" or "options" or "warrants" if they can be exercised it really doesn't matter if they have been converted or not, they still have them bottom line.
