I would have had him not use the company as a personal piggy bank - the stock options awarded to him and the board were totally unwarranted after their total, utter and dismal failure in advancing the company and should be returned - this is like a contractor building a house that collapses and then expect to receive a bonus. Perhaps The courts may help him come to reason.
