"The Market...vs The science...which one really matters?"

This is getting to be a bigger issue for me. People I know say things like..."The Market knows all and it is all that matters".

Does the market follow the REALITY of the SCIENCE OR, does it just make it up?.

HUH? No wonder we periodically have (bioPharm) total phonies like (insert name here) that sweep the field and go off as a GAS leaving nothing of any value except .."I'll never do that again", lessons learned.

Obviously a much bigger story but I would prefer a , "Take no prisoners", kind of judgement attitude whenever the sp $ is predicated on the role of the science. Just too many technically worthless Pharma's as if it were a shell game.
