Gonna share another IDCC investor's perspective on the current sit. This redneck dumbass thinks Nokia and it's petty coat groupies have been spoiling for a long and risky 3G licensing legal delay for several years now. I think they have been attempting to taunt IDCC mgmt into filing an indeterminate infringement litigation that would drain resources for years and provide an excuse for their continued infringements without payment. Well, several years at this point in the 3G wireless cycle is a lifetime, and the fact that they have had no luck tells me that IDCC's Uncle Bill is too smart to be provoked into playing that sucker's game.

IMO our Uncle Bill has something else in mind. I think he is about to launch an IDCC product set that he hopes will be a game changer. Instead of pissing away IDCC's millions on legal fees without a certain result, this observer thinks he is investing that money in product development. Products that will add kick ass value to the IDCC bargaining position. The best multi-mode solution, so good that customers recognize it as "the feature to have".

I like watching that IDCC PRODUCT outlook a lot better than watching the boring drag of Samsung and Nokia's legal maneuvers in our irresponsible legal system, AND I expect/hope to see IDCC put something of value on the table at the 3GSM in a few weeks. Tic, toc...
