cbb, HN - I agree - your are right all the way in what your saying here about JT. Only thing that real also - ITS ALL HINDSIGHT !

And to be fair to JT - if Kennedy (and he accepted) had not lost in 9th District, Nevada - today SP would have been $35 - 55. JT would have been WS hero - receiving prices as he did in 2018 after R-I results were known.

No matter how you spin it - it were Judge Du and her wrong ruling that - totally 'Grounded' this one drug Company. Had it not been for this completely unexpected defeat - we would today all have been praising JT for his strategy.

Anyway again - ITS ALL HINDSIGT - we have a New Year - and a new CEO. JT paid the price - as did rest of us - for the fraudulent ruling in Nevada.

All we can do now is pray for Marjac to be successful in restoring the patents - for a start.

Hope for 'your Ever Wish to come true' - a BO of company to BP - so things can 'get moving for real' - bringing this Needed CDV drug to the World.
