Would you mind posting the name of this Bank?
You are telling me they are willing to file legal action on your behalf, FOR FREE, to get you your shares?
Well, either this is a bank I would like to give some business to if they take care of their customers in such a way....or you must have ALOT of money with them...either way, I'd love to know which 'bank' it is so I can look in to them and see if maybe I will become a new customer....It is nice to be 'taken care of properly', and if your bank is actually doing as you say for free, they may just get some biz from me as I only deal with financial institutions that do take good care of me.....
