Abe1234, KM was initially hired by AMRN to launch the drug in Europe.
KM is working on country approvals. None of us know how well that is going
yet. I am disappointed that KM has not stepped up to show confidence in
the company by buying stock with is own money on the open market. He
should know better than to not do that! None of us know what his
marching orders are from his BOD. Did they incentivize him in any way?
Rewarding him for performance based on the stock price? (I doubt it.)
Did they task him to sell the company? (I hope so.)

All that I want is for the company to be acquired by a competent BP
that knows how to promote, distribute, and protect the product. I
certainly hope that Pfizer is a contender to acquire AMRN as there
are many reasons to believe they should be interested. One clear failure
of AMRN under KM is his not having provided any support of Marjac's
excellent legal efforts. Perhaps KM has a good reason but so far I
find his lack of support disturbing.
