Anyone with Schawb/TDA should confirm they have shares or transfers immediately. I am OK with Fidelity, they are literally who I transferred my TDA $AMC to...it took less than 2 days (but I threaten them with good cause). No idea regarding Etrade. If you have any questions regarding your shares they MUST be directed to your broker ASAP.

Yes they met earlier throughout this process....but they HAVE NOT MET AFTER DOJ ANNOUCED INVESTIGATION!!!! No one announces an investigation without already having the compiled evident to file a winning case...JMO
