I just took a look at the offical Mexican government website for mining operations in Mexico.

https://www.sgm.gob.mx/Web/SINEM/mining/mining_companies.html

According to Wiki:

"The Mexican Geological Survey (Spanish: Servicio Geológico Mexicano) is an agency of the Mexican government; its mission includes mapping and mining consultation."

The web page above lists the current 242 "Companies with mining projects in Mexico". Mexus is listed, with a link to its website. (Argonaut is also listed, as well as Mexican Gold Corp and numerous other Mexican and non-mexican companies).

THERE IS NO IRMEX ANYWHERE on this list provided by the Mexican Geological Survey.

I searched the entire sgm.gob.mx site for "Irmex" and got No hay resultados.

Also, an LOI is a common tool of struggling OTCs (and scamming OTCs) since there is no commitment, but typically, the announcement of an LOI leads the feeble-minded to think that there is. it's typically used in pumps. LOI's appear all over the place on the OTC with very little follow-through.

We're going to find out, aren't we?
