If they never report and just stop responding they could essentially disappear with stockholder money. We would need to ban together and litigate but good luck being successful there. So yes there still is big risk this would never comply. Company should release anything at this point so we know they are breathing. I wouldn’t spend a penny nor would I sell at this point. We knew the risks here. But this situation is def unusual.
