This is not guess work here Mr Koos absolutely knows where the funds are coming from because when you announce a business deal of this magnitude you have your game plan laid out in advance. No one would announce a deal like that if they wasn’t 100 percent sure to succeed because failure would almost end a company’s reputation. A lot is going on behind the scenes and I expect we hear a lot more coming out of this company. IMO
