According to the Nov 01, 2021 SEC court filing, page 6 " In or about 2011, ECMH’s status with the State of Nevada was “permanently revoked.”

How is this scam not even yet revoked? It even has the claimed to be stain of Mark Miller on for 5 years.

The sad part is, it looks like Miller tried to save this one after it was abandoned for 6 years?
