I am not sure how AlphaBit Fund is related to AlphaBit LLC, but they sound like the same. AlphaBit LLC may be the US based AlphaBit Fund, as they are in the Caymen Islands, I think. The business descriptions of the two are very similar. They both are crypto. Trying to figure it out. AlphaBit, LLC and Ali own TCRI we know that for sure. The fact that AlphaBit is listed as a beneficiary of the TCRI shell, says to me the Crypto operations are going into the shell, which would give the shell a valuation in the hundreds of millions of dollars, imo. I think TCRI has the potential to be the all time epic Penny Stock play.
