I know who was buying in December:

The Schwab US Small Cap ETF to the tune of 401,000 shares!

As a reminder this is forced buying - all it really means is the float is shrinking as shares go into these funds they never sell.

I don't have any clue why morningstar updates this stuff so quickly but they are a research company so I'm sure there's a reason for it.

This is in my opinion the very tip of what these funds have to purchase - much more to come here.

I am going to call it - index funds, 2 mil shares short, and first revenue / partnership announcement sends shares here to levels most won't believe.
