LP, there are only three actions that will end the WaMu saga and nothing short of these actions.

1) Distributions

2) WMILT officially dissolved or they let it expire on 3/19/2022

3) WaMu (R) Receivership MUST officially be RESOLVED (key to FDIC distributions?) and TERMINATED - Remember, even posters CBA09 and other respected posters advised we may not see payouts until the right before or simultaneous to "R" closure

4) I still believe the Source will end up being spot-on correct with the posit of 2.5 par and shares issued - even Amended POR 7 signed on 2/23/2012 advised certain assets must be paid for and we have not seen this YET leading to the Source's posit to be believed which will be one bucket related to the overall bk cases then we also have Safe Harbor distributions via a DST in my view as another potential bucket
