Freedoms of manufacturing / mass manufacturing sound great, LWLG and foundries have to be able to break in the existing procurement chains. Would Cisco , Intel ——etc. be willing to take the leading role?

Without concrete orders no foundries would start mass manufacturing, assuming PDK is complete and ready to go.

CEO of TSMC on recent interviews said something that chip orders do not go to them directly from end users.
