1. 15c2-11 FILING/APPROVAL - May happen, certainly possible. But not likely to happen until after the Board rules on the PFR.

2. CE DROP - Not likely to happen until the SEC Board of Commissioners rules on the PFR. Likely to be quite some time before that happens, possibly many more months (or even years).

3. OIP DISMISSAL- see #2 above.

4. GROWTH - not EVER likely to be seen. This company has NEVER experienced “growth” since its inception. This is NOT conjecture - just looking at the financials for the past 20 years CONFIRMS it!

5. NASDAQ - unlikely to EVER HAPPEN.
