how so? if some genetic variants require a lower dose for optimal efficacy, while others need a higher dose for optimal efficacy, isnt this the definition of precision medicine? hypothetically, if 2-73 is approved, they will prescribe the drug based on genetics (among other variables). Patients wont be thrown in one giant pool. they will be grouped and dosed based on the genetic findings from the many ongoing trials.
