TPMs (Trusted Platform Modules) and SEDs (Self Encrypting Drives) are already built-in to computers (devices), and they just need to be turned on and managed with software like Wave's to provide the U.S. and other countries with far better security than software security alone! The Trusted Computing Group (100+ companies) back these two standards. If the U.S. is going to start with a great Federal Cyber Strategy, turning on and managing these two hardware standards should be an important part of the plan! After decades of attempts, and the US is still not extensively using Trusted Computing and Wave???
