I know this has been discussed but I dont recall the answer . Let just say that generics are given the right to infringe on patents. So now AMRN needs to compete - the game then boils down to who can make it cheaper. Why cant AMRN make the product for less than the generics ? Of course they would eliminate reps and all advertising and the market would shrink but if they were cheapest they would at least have some income flow from the US Market. Direct efforts into Europe - in the meantime launch combo to eclipse infringement in the US
