Jaiguruji7: I can't post private messages... purchase of Canary is public... shown in rgbp's filings... someone here could point us to the specific filing... partnering with BP is conjecture, as rgbp has no way on its own currently to pay the $50 million purchase price, however, the potential purchase would not have been PR'ed if Koos wasn't serious about it, so I believe he has already worked out the acquisition prior to the PR, so a partnership with a BP is one potential way...
