It's interesting that the policy is based on existing mAbs not working for Omicron, as if all the other variants it was previously working on just suddenly dried up!

The Biden administration recently paused shipments of COVID-19 antibody treatments manufactured by major drug companies Regeneron and Eli Lilly amid claims that such treatments are not effective against the omicron variant of the coronavirus.

It's hard to believe no rich company or billionaire would pounce on ENZC's covid mAbs even just in case they could save lives. Imagine the philanthropy points a sponsor could earn by donating a few million bucks toward a covid treatment that targets immutable sites.
