Of course not. There is nothing here until the arb is decided. She prevails and takes the company with her. All monies are in escrow until the decision. Not one dime of the settlement will be distributed to a shareholder if she wins. And only one person is defending your shares. Unknown what happens if he wins, but I guarantee everyone loses if he does.
