RK I’m not telling you that selling means nothing but we have no clue what there financial situation is ? They may need the money for a million reason and that is the only money they can move. It may have nothing to do with tax season but coincided with the end of the year. Unless we know exactly why they sold then I would not speculate. And of course if they did it because there is bad news coming then it would be considered insider information and they would be legally liable.
