There are so many reasons why someone would sell, you already know that and I’m not going to make a list here. Do you know if the director who sold yesterday has any options or warrants ? I don’t, but think they do and that makes a whole difference in what to think about the sale. It is only one person who sold. Now unless we see a filing on December 31st with all the other members including Lebby and Marcelli and Z etc filing form 4 and selling like crazy I would say this is nothing. If they all sell everything they have then the sky is falling. What do you think will happen ?
I don’t know but I’m not selling a single share out of fear and speculation.
