Well unfortunately the “joke” is often far too close to reality for many.

Look, I have been critical of this stock for some time for some easy to articulate reasons. And that criticism is coming to reality in what we are seeing the past few weeks. When this was was hovering in the $1-$3 range did any long believe that $0.20’s were a possibility? Probably not. But it was a predictable as the sun rising tomorrow because of the warrants.

So I can ask the same question, does anyone think that sub $0.10 is possible? I sure do. Simply because the cost basis for the Pref B is $0.00001 per share.

If someone thinks this is the bottom, then they should buy.

But I think there are very good reasons to believe it is not…by a long shot.

And I do believe there are things Brian can do to mitigate it. He and his crew actually have voting control over the Pref B designation. That is how he got the leak out agreement in place.

He could easily get the conversion ratio reduced, or more restrictive leak out in place.

But he isn’t going to do that, beyond the optics he employed previously.

This has never been about the the legacy common shareholders of TSNP/HMBL. The only thing they brought to the table was as non-reporting shell ticker. This is about the family and friends in the LLC and the service providers they have employed.

If that isn’t obvious then I don’t know what is.

But I do know that there is going to be a lot cheaper stock in the future…and my predictions have been remarkably accurate wink

GL.
