Mike25 over the years of my following this story I attempted to be as supportive and proactive as I could in many ways. I had external forces listening and tapping into my communications with Barrick's largest shareholders. Parked on the street in front of my dwelling with spyscopes directed to intercept any electronic messages as well as hacking my computers. They came and they went in broad daylight for over a few months.

My brain's enthusiasm has now succumbed to the weight of the manure (read BS) that has now covered us over these last 12 years.
Even a lowly mushroom gets to spend some time above the dung, not MSX shareholders we spend all our existence below the Lopehandia dung line.

I will wager that the CDI or whatever legal forces in Chile have very little if anything to do with these matters.

I have made it to some CDI/Imet file somewhere to be arrested and flown express to a court appearance in Chile to be asked how I could have been so foolish for so long?
I do not have a proper answer as my answer is very personal.

The actual possibility of any success has become so remote it is a poor comedy to continue to believe that what we have been and are being told is without legal foundation and as such any credibility. The results thus far are denuded of any real source of having the roll out where many hundreds are incarcerated and the powers of the financial world are brought to ruin.
The world as we knew it in 2008 came to a corrupted brink of existence where banks and high institutions of the financial world were guilty of incredible criminal negligence and greed.
NOBODY NOBODY NOBODY went to jail.

Biggest GOLD fraud in the existence of our planet other than the gold at fort Knox, BREX ..... NOBODY,NOBODY,NOBODY WENT TO JAIL.
Really no one cares anymore and the courts in Chile are likely fed up.
No one in any frame of power wants to be involved with any ongoing legal action where Barrick is brought to answer on any fraud criminal or otherwise.
Today MSX's legal lifeline is dependent on a minor character who may have been used to put the final nail into the pine box of oblivion.

Barrick will announce early in 2024 that they have decided to terminate any efforts in the pursuit of extracting metals from Pascua Lama and the world will go on never missing a beat in the ongoing corruptions that blanket everyday life.

Truth full or partial has no moral values any longer in our world as told to us.

We as individuals need to decide on what truth values we see to be adding to our existence as well as our limited happiness.
