Rory did this to himself. This company is currently around 9 cents a share prior to the lying reverse split he said he would never do.

We currently have a CEO running a company that didn't even know his company could go below a $1.00 per share.

Yes. He literally made it clear it would never go below a dollar a share, a year or two back in a earnings call.

He either lied again like he has done multiple times in the past or he simply doesn't know what a public traded company is about.

Neither of which play in his favor.

Come on. This guy should not be the CEO.

Its concerning. Does anyone even know if he can read financial reports?

What we do know is he collects nice fat bonus checks for himself and is living the life in terms of getting paid at the expense of shareholders.
