Don't forget that this is the 2nd go round on ELD mismanagement and failures. The ELD fiasco began on 12/22/2020 when $MJLB PR'ed its intent to rollout the ELD in Q1 2021 (~1 year ago).

They failed their 1st ELD Certification on April 29th, 2021

Ultrack CEO Michael Marsbergen commented:

We know what happened in mid-July, nothing; Leading to the next dubious and alleged Aug 19th date that is claimed as the "ready" date.

So this fiasco has been ongoing. In fact, the 1 year anniversary of the commencement of $MJLBs intent to ELD certify was a few days ago.
