Some have finally accomplished it and others are still working on it. Communicating behind the scenes with CEO's has shown to me that it isn't always a slam dunk to become current. There are many reasons for the difficulties with these companies that have been now-reporting for years. The SEC has definitely cracked down and made it more stringent like never before.
But I will say this. The odds of the companies who CEO's who are openly trying to get current are very good and maybe becoming 100% as more that I've seen have it happen.
If you only invested in 2022 with companies with beaten down prices like EEGI that the CEO's have said they are working on becoming current, you would do very well. Odds-wise.
