Here is the list of NDTP insiders and how many restricted shares each insider owns as of 8/17/21. Just 12 men. Passalaqua was the custodian but still owns restricted shares even after he returned 650,000 shares to the company treasury. The unrestricted shares i listed as MILV because they've been kicking around for over a decade being traded. There is a 12,185 share discrepancy between the 304,349 and the listed unrestricted count on OTC Markets of 292,164. The company listed a footnote that the public float includes all publicly traded shares not owned by any insider who owns more than 10% of the total outstanding shares. There are only 5 men who own more than 11.7 million shares so one of them is holding those 12,185 shares. So they could sell them but they would be required to file prior to the sale. Unlikely to say the least.

As a side note for those of you who do not know, Mark Alarie is a former basketball player and All-American from Duke, who played 5 seasons in the NBA. So along with their NFL affiliation through Larry Kubin i think it's safe to say they will be targeting brain injuries caused by athletics.
