I am assuming that CIVX is just sitting in idle queue waiting for the leading 3 sisters to move into the next phases. It is the last of the 4 so it lagging should be expected shouldn't it? The volume is going into the other 3 for now. Once they turn some substantial profits I would expect portions of the profit taking to roll into CIVX.
