What we know is the trial is not a failure, otherwise the results most certainly would have been disclosed. But what we don’t know is the level of success - are the results ambiguous in some way? That’s why the delay in releasing TLD makes the company vulnerable to attacks. Is the company CVM or is it Biogen?

I agree however IMO really my opinion. If the trial results were ambiguous would a scientific journal be interested in publishing its results? According to their last 10Q NWBO still maintains a scientific publication is under way. If that is no longer the case, then that statement is false and misleading and ought to be corrected. So the question is the trial results were ambiguous would a scientific journal be interested in publishing its results?

From a newsworthy standpoint I think a journal is only interested if a trial is a great success or a complete failure. The middlegrounds holds no news Imo

And I will say this, if the company is holding onto ambiguous results for this long, they still will be exposed to lawsuits and maybe even SEC action.
