If I may ask a short question: Is it correct that the 4 Regulatory Authorities (RAs) associated with the DCVax-L clinical trial, have all approved its Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP)?"

If this is a definitive "yes", then I 100% concur that the shorts have lost and the clock has likely long since expired to release data of a failed trial. However, until company confirmation of such, I still remain open to the possibility that this statement is still wishful thinking and logical deduction by us long investors (e.g. halo affect thinking and supporting our beliefs with whatever info we can find). I still don't read "fact" into any of the information supporting my original question. I do see good info and logical reasoning, but no hard facts to support that.
