Heres 2 for you.

BLGO and INND. I held shares of both for 5 years. Got out of BLGO last year, broke even. I have a handful of INND shares left and actually made a little money on that one by flipping it. But it took me 3 years to figure out what was going on before I started flipping it.

Things they had in common:
Said were going to NASDAQ.
Going to disrupt the industry.
2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 was going to be the "year".
Both said: "This will be the best month ever"
Both sported very little revenue and huge debt.
Both diluted shares like candy at Halloween.
Both put out weekly updates of HUGE news coming.
Both collected MOU's and LOI's like trading cards.
Both applied for numerous loans every few months that never bore fruit.
Both had annual pump and dumps.
Both had a huge following that believed that their shares were a guaranteed lottery winner.
Both made promise after promise that never went anywhere.
Both had CEO's and upper management get in trouble with the SEC.
Both had piles of DD to "prove they were legit."

There are hundreds of OTC stocks that fit this mold. PHIL, at this point is just like them. All we have is the word of the CEO like all penny stocks. And like all OTC penny stocks, the proof is in their financials. When PHIL starts making enough money to pay to keep the lights on, we take off. Does PHIL have potential? Yes! Is it a 100% winning lottery ticket? No. Do the last 10 years of financials support this? Yes. Bottom line: In the OTC world, talk is cheap. Actions speak louder then words. Sorry, thats the reality of ALL OTC stocks. Until Henry breaks out of the mold and shows money coming in, we're just another penny stock in OTC land.

That said, I do still have a little faith left in Henry to pull it off. The next financials will either give me more faith, or a good reason to sell.

Still love my Uncle $PHIL...
