WRONG! Perhaps this will help. This was clearly stated on the company profile. "Dr. Seethamraju is currently awaiting approval from his employer, Mount Sinai, to be able to continue to serve as a director." Obviously he didn't get it.

Hero Doctor resigns from CYDY BoD. Apparently he did not know he had pre-exiting professional commitments before accepting to be nominated as Director. Resigned on Dec-15th, the day after the "investor call". Interesting burial in a Christmas 8-K.
