Well that was fast. Hero Doctor resigns from CYDY BoD. Apparently he did not know he had pre-exiting professional commitments before accepting to be nominated as Director. Resigned on Dec-15th, the day after the "investor call". Interesting burial in a Christmas 8-K.

Merry Christmas everybody.

This should trigger an independent thinker to ask: what was the previous "arrangement" made between CYDY and the Hero Doctor that was deemed not important enough to be disclosed?
