There are no 2 NDA alike, there are no “blanket NDA’s”. You’re thinking is very limited, I’m guessing you are assuming wrongly since he put that tweet out that he can’t say anything. WE DON’T KNOW what is in their NDA agreement. We don’t know what their agreement is, you don’t, I don’t, BUT, my assumption is that he tweeted the little that he could and that it’s alright with the merging company because otherwise the merging company would refute it.
