Okay, maybe so. But who then stood to benefit by dagame (besides the Tier-0s you identify)? I've always felt loch was just one piece of a MUCH bigger jigsaw puzzle. Lotsa skulls & bones.

But maybe I'm just imagining hearing skeletons rattling in the closet.
