You obviously haven’t done any complicated business transactions and I doubt you know what terms are in that NDA. That NDA is between the principals and NDA’s vary, I doubt there are any 2 NDA’s alike. You don’t know what they did and did not agree to disclose and I doubt he would disclose what he has if it wasn’t true, the merger co would kill the narrative if it wasn’t true. I don’t know where people on here and Twitter get off demanding the principles answer to you, they will in due time and they have stated that.
