VirTra simply has never understood the difference between customers and investors. The CEO demonstrates his confusion every quarter with what he talks about during the conf calls. He seems to think shareholders and investors care about the product and its features. We don’t! Never have, never will. We care about revenue and revenue growth, net income, and balance sheet. Forward prospects.

And even worse, he thinks that customers care about those sorts of things and they don’t! Never have, never will. Customers care about product, features, service, hand holding, price.

Every conf call I want to scream “I am a shareholder, not a customer.” There has never been even one single potential customer that listened to a quarterly conf call.
