Company is busy to raising 50mm cash to close the deal. That's why PPS down to 0.0140 area. But daily trading volume are not big, so still need time to sell shares to get cash. PPS cold be keeping lower. If 0.0140 can hold on, then now is a good loading time. Lets see.
