Good point. I know the S-1 is giving certain Pref B holders a head start assuming it goes effective before Feb 26. As for the warrants, given they already have the ability to have the legend removed including them in the S-1 seems redundant. Perhaps it makes the stock easier to deposit….or…there is other restricted stock GS holds that would become free trading. The registration is for an amount of stock held by the listed individual to be sold, not how they got it…it’s not a color of money type thing. The warrants are just the rationale in the S-1.
