Very simple takeaway. They withheld hard facts.

You could try to give them benefit of doubt and say they probably jumped the gun out of miscommunication or excitement of 5b contract.

When they learned that the true size and knew they don't have "monster truck" and instead they have "minnie mouse" contract, they issued a redacted PR probably to keep them out of legal trouble and not get in SEC crosshairs. What they should have done was come clean. Instead, their dimwit obedient twitter-pumper parrot chose to toe the line that the scamming buffoon of a CEO told him to. Did these crooks really think people would not find out?

Given the history of ST3 pumps in the past, this is not a one-off mistake. It is more likely they deliberately pump the stock as they do it periodically. I would not be surprised at all if they front loaded and dumped.
