In a world where nobody wants to pay taxes (which in effect funds UK/CAN etc National Health) and where Private health plans are for profit I will wait and see. I am not denying the potential but I do not have a crystal ball when it comes how much and how many will be covered. Rest assured it will not be Carte Blanche IMO.

People can throw out estimates and feel good about it. There are a lot of variables when it comes to funding and I do not believe Health Plans will "bend the knee" outright.
